Snap by Groupon is making some changes effective 03/01. They will be transitioning from product-specific to retailer-specific promotions. This means they’ll be phasing out Snap’s cash back feature in exchange for instant savings. You can see details here.
Here what will happen to your current balance:
- Balance of $20 or more – You’ll need to request a check within the My Account section of the menu.
- Balance of less than $20 – You will receive an equivalent amount in Groupon Bucks rounded up to the nearest $5 on 03/03 using your current email on file with Snap.
- No balance – A new Groupon account will be created for you if you don’t yet have one.
